A NOTE ABOUT WAIVERS
Please note that all bouncers must have a completed and signed waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a Bounce!® Liability waiver completed and signed by their OWN parent or legal guardian. We may request identification in the form of a valid photo ID. We strongly suggest filling out ewaivers which are located on this web site. Ewaivers are good for an indefinite period of time. Paper waivers are only good for the one day of use.
Q: What are your operating hours?
Please call us for current operating hours as they change throughout the year.
Check our CALENDAR page and our home page for special holiday hours and sold out dates which will be posted throughout the year.
Q: How old do you have to be to jump at Bounce!®?
You must be old enough to walk. It’s that simple. Our separate Bounce! Jr.® area is just for children up to the age of 5 and features its own trampoline court, foam pit, and giant inflatable.
Q: Are reservations required?
You do not have to make a reservation in advance, however we strongly recommend it to avoid being closed out of your desired time slot. You can click on the link to the left to purchase bounce time in advance or you can call our office at 239-302-3848. We also accept phone reservations with a credit card or debit card payment for large groups; please see our group and party pages for info.
Q: What do I wear on my feet in order to Bounce!®?
All bouncers are required to wear our non-slip socks. Our re-usable special non-slip Bounce!® socks are $2.00 per pair.
Q: Do you have cubbies for storing personal items?
We have lockers and offer locks for them at our front desk, free of charge. We also have open cubbies where you can store your shoes, jackets, etc., however, we HIGHLY recommend leaving any expensive or valuable jewelry, clothing, and/or footwear at home as these areas are open to everyone at Bounce!® and while we have cameras installed, we cannot be responsible for any items left behind or not locked up.
Q: Is there an entrance fee for people that just want to stay and watch such as family members or friends?
No, friends and family members are welcome to stay and watch the fun, enjoy our wi-fi lounge and snack bar. But we’re sure you’ll want to join in eventually!
Q: Can I bring in outside food or drink?
At this time we are not able to allow outside snacks or drinks to be brought into the facility. The one exception is for parties booked in our reserved party rooms.
Q: What is the minimum amount of participants (bouncers) required for a group?
A group is 60 participants or more. Different rates are applicable to groups depending on their size and requirements.
Q: Can a group reserve the entire facility?
Yes! If you have 100 participants or more you can reserve the entire Bounce! facility. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate groups of this size on holidays or if other events are already scheduled.
Q: Does a Waiver have to be filled out every time I come to Bounce!®?
If you fill out the ewaiver which can be found on this web site the waiver will be good for an indefinite period of time. Paper waivers are only good for the one day of use and must be re-done each time you return.
Q: What is Bounce Jr?
Bounce! Jr. is our special separate area for children ages 6 and under and includes a separate trampoline court and foam pit. All children who will be using the equipment will need to wear our Bounce!® non-slip socks and are required to have a liability waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Bounce! Jr.® courts will also be monitored by our court monitors. Parents are not permitted to use the equipment with their children.
Q: Are older children separated from younger children in activities like dodgeball?
We have installed two separate dodgeball courts, one for ages 6 to 11 and the other for ages 12 and older. Please be aware that our dodgeballs are made of a very soft foam material and are designed to be safe for this purpose.
Q: Do you have to sign up to play dodgeball?
During open jump time dodgeball is played on an open basis. Participants line up in front of the court and are randomly sent to the 2 sides of the court by the dodgeball referee. The maximum number of players per side is 12. A game is then started and will continue for up to five minutes depending upon the number of players who get out before the time limit is up. Once the five minutes is over or a team is eliminated, 2 new teams will enter the court from the line and a new game begins. Players can rotate themselves into games for the entire time spent at our facility.
Q: How will I know my Bounce!® time is over?
Every one jumping on our trampolines will receive a color coded wristband to wear which . This wristband coincides with the jumping time you have reserved and our court monitors will let you know when your time has been completed (ALL SESSIONS START AND END ON THE HALF HOUR). For members of parties and groups, announcements will be made over our PA system directing the group to the reserved party area when their jump time has ended.
Q: Is Bounce!® Air Conditioned?
